I’ve worked in the health and fitness industry, across a few continents, providing nutrition and fitness programs to individuals and groups for well over a decade. I specialised in weight loss and body transformation programs whilst incorporating my unique wellness beliefs and eating principles to ensure health and vitality were priority.
I am a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, nutrition expert, author of The Winning Physique as well as a regular contributor to magazines such as Oxygen, Clean Eating, Marie Claire and Bride Magazine.
In 2014 I had my son and this led to a change in focus and ignited the spark of desire to move into a more specialised area and focus on mums and bubs.
In 2016 I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between.
I have studied with the world's top health and wellness experts and am equipped with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention.
